This verification is done through the Account Info section of Settings, which is accessed by clicking the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen. If you are already “in line” trying to verify your ID, we recommend that you continue to wait until the process completes as restarting a new request may lead to further delays. In order to enable voice chat in Roblox, players must have a 13+ account and be able to verify that they are indeed 13 years old or older. As mentioned before, your account needs to be a 13+ account, but at least you won’t need an ID. If you see the Verify my Age button in your account settings, you will be able to use this feature. Under the Beta Features section, you’ll see the option to enable voice chat. Please note that some users will still be able to use the age verification feature, but we are not able to adjust which accounts will have access to this feature, which is currently still in testing.
